It is creamy, very pigmented, and has a cool pink tint(totally different from the pictures) that can be also used as a blush (it’s a perfect blush shade for me) and I apply it before going to bed and wake up with soft pink lips💕 but I’m not sure about the hyperpigmentation part, maybe it’s gonna take a while to solve that problem
